Or go near the yacht, not only can you not enter it but also it will make your framerate drop to 1fps... or hit things with a axe and see how nothing happens! Cmon m8 I understand it is EA but these are very basic things that arent EA worthy... all the basic things should be in order, even for a EA release!Ill give it a thumbs up for now because I don´t want to ruin your chances but I´ll be watching like a hawk if that♥♥♥♥♥♥gets sorted soon or not.. So I've decided to give this a try, a little sleeper game I found quite by accident. I was pleasantly surprised by the graphics, it's exactly the peaceful type of setting I need at nights, with some interesting survival aspects. It meets my requirements for a game, to wit, that I finished the game session with a smile and looking forward to return at the next opportunity. It's rather simple in approach but that's expected of an early alpha. Most of the key binds are intuitive for those who play wasd type games. What really sold me on trying this, though, was noticing a quick response and patch by the dev following a suggestion/critique by a player. That kind of response helps me believe a game will surpass whatever issues I find with it.A few minor things I found so far that could be improved: E for an action key bind should probably be listed in the keystroke splash screen you can call up. It's not that intuitive- I tried mouse clicks before looking on the dev-created guide for the keybind. Should be an easy fix. Also, on early game at least, the night is long, dark and boring; I was left to stand there waiting for daylight. Sure I can make a torch, but why not provide a mechanic for passing a night (even with the danger of waking to a random encounter?). A sleeping bag perhaps that you can lay on?Liking it so far. I'll update this review after I have more hours in.. So I've decided to give this a try, a little sleeper game I found quite by accident. I'll update this review after I have more hours in.. This game looked really cool in the trailer. After buying and playing for about 30 minutes i realized its bugged too much at this point to even play. e.g. I equiped my axe in slot 1, i can swing it but it does nothing. Cant harvest wood to build. Swimming is severely bugged graphics-wise. I will keep checking in on this game because it looks cool.. I'll be glad to update this review after a while passes. As an early access game I know it is not complete; in my very first play I've caught a few bugs (dead spots in the sand leading up to the islands; a glitch where I can go under the sea floor but then can't get back up and inevitably perish; randomly not being able to use items; a few menu errors other commenters have mentioned). And despite having a decent computer, there are still a lot of stutters and staggers with the graphics level on high.However... I think this game has great potential anyway, and it is certainly the first deserted-island-based game I've come across. I'm still getting a hankering to play it. I was looking for something between a walking simulator, an atmospheric open world, and a simple game where you don't have to think too much. Ah, and something slightly nautical to indulge my love of the ocean. This was it.Easy controls. Easy concept. Survive.I'm sure with time and tweaks it will be even more beautiful with more room for creativity. I look forward to updates and other new things, because there is already so much potential.. This game is a great game so fare. Cant wait to see it continue to be improved with up coming updates. Cant wait to see more of the full expects of the game. It would how ever be awesome if u can put in auto save so whn u die u wont lose everything u made if u forget to save. great job so fare guys..
